Our Services
Linking Legacy provides estate planning services including, but not limited to:
- Will writing — preparation and drafting of wills tailored to your circumstances
- Lasting Powers of Attorney — preparation of LPA documents for health and welfare, and property and financial affairs
- Trust planning — advice and preparation of trust arrangements
- Legacy planning guidance — holistic planning to protect your estate and provide for your loved ones
- Severance of tenancy — advice and documentation for changing property ownership structures
- Letters of wishes — drafting guidance documents to accompany your will or trust
Our services are provided through home visits across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire, as well as remote consultations where appropriate.
Important Limitations
We are not solicitors. While our estate planners are trained professionals, Linking Legacy does not provide legal advice in the solicitor sense. For complex legal disputes, litigation, or matters requiring regulated legal representation, we recommend consulting a qualified solicitor.
We do not provide financial advice. Our services do not constitute financial advice, tax advice, or investment guidance. For specific financial planning needs, we recommend consulting a qualified financial adviser regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Our role is to help you understand your options and prepare appropriate estate planning documents. We work alongside your existing professional advisers where needed.
Your Responsibilities

- Ensure that any witnesses required for document execution are arranged as advised

Documents prepared specifically for you as part of our services become your property upon full payment.
